My name is Bethany, the girl behind the macarons. I started this micro bakery out of my love for baking. Since I was little I loved baking specialty desserts and pastries for friends and family. Several years ago, I made macarons as a party favor for my sister-in-law’s bridal shower and so was born a love/hate relationship with these little french cookies. If you’ve ever attempted to make macarons, you know. They are definitely a labor of love but it’s so satisfying when they come out of the oven perfect.

Making macarons is only a small part of what keeps me busy. I am a mother to a spunky, nature loving little boy. We love walks in the woods, going to the lake, trying out new recipes in the kitchen while dancing around and singing, baking and eating sourdough bread, reading books, talking to animals, and all things fall. I grew up on an apple orchard, so apple harvest season is the best season. Being able to be a full time mom while growing a small business is my dream.
